For more than a decade, I’ve worked with publishers, corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies to strengthen editorial standards and support inclusive, accessible content, without sacrificing accuracy, rigor, or voice.
I work with editors, publishers, and organizations who care deeply about the ethics of their work and the long-term impact of their content. I work with those who want practical, actionable guidance they can apply immediately.

Served as an advisory board member for the eighteenth edition of the Chicago Manual of Style.
Developed self-paced training materials and designed curriculum to train journalism students and nearly 100 professional writers and editors.
Selected and led a diverse team of 12 freelance writers and editors to create proprietary content.
Created and facilitated workshops for 50+ freelance editorial professionals on the power of editorial responsibility.
Delivered 10+ presentations on inclusive editorial practices and collective editorial responsibility for editors of all experience levels.
